This is a great introductory book for project finance. Highly practical, it illustrates the step-by-step of the project financing process with clear examples, spreadsheets (instead of formulae like more academic financial engineering books) and case studies. Great overall perspective - Note that basic financial knowledge is required (i.e. WACC, debt types, financial statement, etc.).
