A good book for project leaders Mar 18, 2004

I admit I was a little skeptical when I started reading this book. It is a compilation of various papers related to project leadership. The beauty of the book is that is provides several different ways of looking at leadership. From soft skills to hard measurements there is likely something in this book for everyone. There are probably a couple of papers in the book that you will NOT like. I would recommend this book to any developing project manager. (I think that covers all of us!) Read and re-read those papers that you can relate to and don't worry about the ones that you don't relate to. I would expect that anyone would relate to more than 50% of this book and that is well worth your time.
